Account Creation
RINSTRA mandatorily collect email address and cellular contact number based on the selection of the user to create its profile on RINSTRA. Mandatory data is processed to maintain unique profiles identity, allocation of data storage limit and resolving queries when a user contacts RINSTRA support system. Optional data include name, status, profile picture channel profile picture and channel cover page collected and presented without any processing on the will of the users as they edit their profile.
Uploading of video content
RINSTRA collect video files with descriptive data of name, synopsis, category and tags, Video file is processed to optimize it for viewing on RINSTRA’s website and mobile apps. Name and Synopsis are presented without any processing while tags are processed for optimizing search results for the users on the platform.
How users may request deletion of that data
1. Delete the profile and its associated information
User can visit www.rinstra.com > Profile > Delete Account The user receives intimation that after the deletion of the account, the user will not be able to retrieve the data and all the data and videos will be deleted permanently.
